Volunteer Opportunities
If you're passionate about community service, care deeply for people, and have the time and energy, we'd love to have you volunteer with Eastern New Mexico Medical Center Auxiliary.
Our volunteers play a vital role in meeting the non-medical needs of our patients and we appreciate all our volunteers do. Some of the volunteer perks include:
- Appreciation Luncheon each April honoring volunteers
- Free uniform jacket/vest
- Christmas luncheon
- Recognition throughout the year for your service
- Free flu shot
- Free meal for every 4 hours of service
- Networking and friendship opportunities
Volunteering is fun, but it's also a commitment. We ask that our volunteers contribute at least 4 hours per week. Adult volunteers are asked to make a six-month commitment to us (100 hours).
Hospital volunteers must comply with strict government regulations. These regulations are designed to make sure our hospitals are safe places for our patients, visitors, staff and volunteers.
