Visiting Hours

The support of family and friends can be beneficial to a patient’s well-being, and visits can support a healing environment for patients.

In some cases, visiting hours may be limited or expanded in accordance with the physician’s treatment recommendations, or if it is in the best interest of a patient.

Visitors should be free from communicable disease, including colds and flus.  Please limit visitors to two at a time.

Young visitors
Children are allowed to visit patients only if an adult accompanies them and they are properly supervised.  For safety and infection control reasons, children under age 14 are not allowed on some units.

To insure proper and efficient use of linen items, ENMMC changes linens every other day and as needed when linen is soiled.  Please ask your caregiver for additional linen changes if necessary.

Smoke Free Facility

As a community health leader, we take our role seriously.  One of our goals always has been to provide a healthy and safe environment for our patients, employees and visitors.  Continuing evidence convinces us that a major step in reaching that goal is to eliminate smoking and tobacco use on our campus.

ENMMC is a smoke-free facility.  Smoking and tobacco chewing are not permitted inside any of the buildings.  Smoking is only permitted in designated outside areas. Please refrain from smoking near the entrances.

Ask your caregiver for “stop smoking” information available in all patient care areas.
